Fermín Núñez is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Austin restaurants Suerte, Este, and Bar Toti. Born in Torreón, Mexico, he moved to Austin and built his career at prominent kitchens including Launderette, La Condesa, and Uchiko before co-founding Suerte.
