Fernando P. Arellano is the chef behind Zaranda, the restaurant that he opened in Madrid in September 2005 before later relocating it to Mallorca. He is a chef with substantial professional experience and is leading the kitchen in Mallorca; the restaurant earned its first Michelin star soon after opening and a second Michelin star in 2015.
