i. Biography
Fernando Trocca is a chef and restaurateur who serves as Founder and Executive Chef at Sucre Dubai and Sucre London, both established in 2021. He is also the Owner and Chef of Mostrador Santa Teresita in José Ignacio, which he opened in 2013. Earlier in his career, he founded Sucre in Buenos Aires in 2001 and Llers in 1992.
