Fran Agudo is the gastronomic director of Mont Bar and Mediamanga in Barcelona, where he has overseen the evolution of both menus and coordinated the kitchen teams since 2020. He is also described as the chef leading Mont Bar and Mediamanga, with Mediamanga located in Barcelona’s Eixample and Mont Bar on Carrer de la Diputació. Reporting in 2026 notes that Mont Bar received its second Michelin star while Agudo remained in charge of the kitchen.
