Francisco Figueiredo is the winemaker and oenology lead at Adega Regional de Colares in Colares, Portugal, where he has been associated with the cooperative since 1999 and joined full time in 2002. He is head winemaker, winemaking director, and the person responsible for viticulture and oenology at the estate, which plays a central role in preserving the Colares DOC’s traditional wines.
