Franck Derouet is the chef and co-owner of Le Clos des Sens in Annecy-le-Vieux, France. He joined the restaurant in 2011 and, alongside Thomas Lorival, became one of its owners in January 2023 after the transfer from Laurent and Martine Petit. The house is Michelin three-starred and is described by the Michelin Guide as home to Franck Derouet and his associate Thomas Lorival, with a cuisine focused on local, lake-inspired, and plant-based gastronomy.
