Thomas Lorival

Thomas Lorival is the co-owner and co-director of Le Clos des Sens in Annecy-le-Vieux, where he serves as chef sommelier and director of salle. He joined the restaurant in 2016, was named co-director in 2019/2020, and became one of the owners when Laurent and Martine Petit transferred the house to him and Franck Derouet in late 2022, with the change official in January 2023.
