i. Biography
François Nadon is the chef and co-owner of Bouillon Bilk in Montreal, and he later opened Cadet with Mélanie Blanchette as a more casual sister concept nearby. He is the chef running Bouillon Bilk’s kitchen, and the Bouillon Bilk/Cadet team has since expanded into additional Montreal projects such as Place Carmin and Oncle Lee.
