Frédéric Larquemin is the Executive Chef at Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace in Versailles, where he has held the role since November 2016 and oversees Gordon Ramsay au Trianon. He has also led historically themed dining projects at the Trianon Palace, including a 2019 centenary menu for the Treaty of Versailles.
