i. Biography
Frédéric Weber is a French winemaker and oenologist who served as the Cellar Master and Technical Director of the historic Beaune estate Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils for more than two decades. Educated at the Institut Jules Guyot in Dijon, he led the estate's transition to certified organic viticulture across its premier and grand cru parcels. Following restructuring under Artémis Domaines, he was appointed to direct Domaine des Cabottes, overseeing top Burgundian vineyards including Chevalier-Montrachet La Cabotte and Beaune Grèves Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus.
