Giuseppe De Vuono

Giuseppe De Vuono is the executive chef of Octavium in Hong Kong, where the restaurant is presented as a two-Michelin-starred Italian dining room. Octavium’s official materials say he was born and bred in Messina, Sicily, and that he brings experience gained working closely with chef Umberto Bombana at his three-Michelin-starred restaurant for two years. Michelin also reports that he took over Octavium in 2023 and has helped maintain its two-star distinction.
