Gonçalo de Sousa Monteiro is the founder and owner of Buck & Breck, the hidden cocktail bar at Brunnenstraße 177 in Berlin-Mitte, which he has run since 2010. He is a Portuguese bartender and mixologist with a bar philosophy centered on precision, restraint, and classic cocktail culture, and Buck & Breck has been recognized internationally as a top bar.
