Gonzalo Iturriaga

Gonzalo Iturriaga is the Technical Director of Tempos Vega Sicilia, where he has overseen winemaking across the group’s estates since 2015, including Vega Sicilia and Alión in Ribera del Duero. He studied agricultural engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and trained as an oenologist at E.N.S.A. in Montpellier before starting his career in a family winery in Ribera del Duero. He later served as technical director of Bodegas Habla and, from 2009, as export manager for the Iberian region at Lamothe-Abiet.
