Mariano García is a Spanish winemaker best known for founding Bodegas Mauro in Tudela de Duero in 1980 and for his long tenure as a winemaker at Vega Sicilia. He is also associated with Garmón Continental and Bodegas Aalto, and sources describe him as a central figure in the rise of modern Ribera del Duero wines.
