Greg Anderson

Greg Anderson is a Scottish chef who spent six years as head chef at Morston Hall in Norfolk, where he helped retain the restaurant’s Michelin star and earn 4 AA Rosettes. He later became chef-owner and co-owner of Meadowsweet in Holt, Norfolk, opening the restaurant-with-rooms with Rebecca Williams in 2021 and earning Michelin recognition for the new venture. His cooking is described as seasonal with classical underpinnings, developed during his tenure at Morston Hall and carried into Meadowsweet.
