Gregor Schuber

Gregor Schuber is the Executive Chef Resort at Der Öschberghof in Donaueschingen, in Germany’s Black Forest region. A 2018 trade-press profile said he had already spent more than 28 years connected to the property, had become sous chef at the Breidenbacher Hof in Düsseldorf five years after his apprenticeship, had worked abroad, and later led the kitchen at the Jakobsberg hotel and golf resort in Boppard before returning to Öschberghof as Küchenchef/Küchendirektor.
