i. Biography
Guilhem Dardé is a Languedoc winemaker and the founder of Mas des Chimères in Octon, on the edge of the Lac du Salagou in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. Sources agree that he worked with his father and uncle from 1974 and created his own estate in 1993, later joined in the work by his wife Palma and daughter Maguelone. His wines are produced from an organic family estate shaped by the local terroir around Salagou.
