Guillermo González Beristáin is an Mexican chef, restaurateur, and vintner who revolutionized northern Mexican gastronomy by co-founding his flagship restaurant, Pangea, in San Pedro Garza García in 1998. An honors graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, he worked in kitchens across Europe and the United States before leading Grupo Ambrosía in Mexico City.
