i. Biography
Coming Up
Winemaking at Heidi Bridenhagen’s level is built in the lab, the cellar, and the repetition between the two. After training at University of Colorado at Boulder, she moved through the enology laboratory at Jackson Family Wines, then into cellar work at Oyster Bay in New Zealand, before taking on assistant winemaker duties at MacRostie Winery & Vineyards until 2013. At MacRostie Winery & Vineyards, progression came through the structure of the job itself: assistant winemaker first, then Director of Winemaking. Heidi Bridenhagen later carried that experience into Dough Wines, where she is head winemaker today.
