Heiko Nieder

Heiko Nieder is the Chef Fine Dining at The Restaurant at The Dolder Grand in Zurich, a role he has held since the hotel’s reopening in 2008. In April 2021, he was also appointed Culinary Director, overseeing the culinary concept across the hotel, including its restaurants. He was born in Germany and trained as a cook at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg.
