i. Biography
Hélène Mingot is the French-born Technical Director and Winemaker at Eisele Vineyard in Calistoga, Napa Valley. After completing enology and viticulture degrees in Angers and Toulouse and working in Bordeaux and Tuscany, she led winemaking for Derenoncourt California. In 2013, she was appointed head winemaker and technical director at Eisele Vineyard following its acquisition by Artémis Domaines, overseeing its organic and biodynamic estate wines.
