Helmut Eckl-Rachinger

Helmut Rachinger is the owner and operator of Fernruf 7 in Neufelden, an old 1887 stadl repurposed into a casual dining venue and guesthouse concept beside the Mühltalhof. He is the force behind Fernruf 7’s concept and kitchen, where he emphasizes regional ingredients, bread baking, smoking, fermenting, and a relaxed dining atmosphere. He is also linked to the Mühltalhof family operation in Neufelden, where he previously led the kitchen before handing the hotel and main kitchen to his son Philip Rachinger.
