Hiro Nakayama (中山寛康) is the owner-bartender of Bar Nayuta in Osaka’s Amerika-mura/Shinsaibashi area, where the bar operates as a no-menu cocktail destination built around custom drinks and house-made infusions. He is also identified as the founder of DOTZ Inc.
