i. Biography
Hugo Drappier oversees viticulture and oenology at his family’s Champagne house in Urville. He joined the business in 2016 as part of its eighth generation, working alongside his father, Michel. He helped develop Père Pinot, a Champagne that brings together Pinot Noir, Meunier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris.
