Hwang Byeonghyen

Hwang Byeonghyen is a South Korean chef who serves as Chef de Cuisine at L'Envol at The St. Regis Hong Kong in Wan Chai. L'Envol’s official team page says he has more than a decade of experience in MICHELIN-starred kitchens, including Les Prés d'Eugénie and Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, and that he focuses on modern interpretations of classic French cuisine. A LinkedIn profile matching the same name and L'Envol connection lists him as Chef De Cuisine in Hong Kong SAR and previously as Sous Chef at L'envol from November 2023 to June 2025.
