Isabel Torres Ramires is the Assistant Vineyard Manager at Montinore Estate, a Demeter-certified Biodynamic and organic wine producer located in Forest Grove, Oregon. She joined the viticulture team in 2022, bringing a background in vineyard operations. In her role, she leads and conducts in-field viticultural data collection to monitor vine balance, canopy management, and overall vineyard health.
