Isaiah Sargeant is the Head Bartender at Seed Library NYC in Manhattan, New York. Working alongside Bar Manager Natasha Bermudez and the Lyan Group creative team founded by Ryan Chetiyawardana, Sargeant leads the daily execution of progressive, ingredient-led cocktail programs. Under his tenure behind the bar, the establishment earned early international acclaim on North America's 50 Best Bars ranking.
