Jacques Viljoen

Jacques Viljoen is the cellarmaster and winemaker at Boschendal in the Cape Winelands of South Africa. He grew up in the Cape’s Winelands, first became captivated by wine as a child at a cellar visit, and decided to pursue winemaking after studying at Stellenbosch University at age 18. He is boschendal’s cellar master from August 2018, and he previously worked at Zevenwacht in Stellenbosch for more than 16 years.
