i. Biography
Jade Thomas Peterson is a Louisville-area distilling executive and entrepreneur who has served as Chief Operating Officer and Master Distiller of Kentucky Artisan Distillery since 2015. He is also the founder of Trackside Distilling Company, where he is identified as Founder and Master Distiller. He is a distiller at Kentucky Artisan Distillery and note that he moved to Kentucky from northern Illinois after his family’s logistics and manufacturing business closed.
