Jason MacIsaac

Jason MacIsaac is the co-founder and master distiller of Sheringham Distillery in Sooke, British Columbia, where he applies a chef’s approach to distilling and flavor balance. Sheringham’s official story says he and his wife Alayne started the business from a garage in Shirley, B.C., and later built it into a distillery on southern Vancouver Island. He is a former chef who worked at Point No Point Resort and spent years cooking professionally before launching Sheringham in 2015.
