Jairaj Singh Solanki

Jairaj Singh Solanki is the managing director and co-founder of Naaya Hospitality, the Delhi hospitality group behind Lair in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. He has said the concept for Lair began in 2019, and later described the bar as a modern speakeasy; Lair was also profiled by TIME in its 2026 World’s Greatest Places list for Aabbcc in New Delhi. Earlier reporting says he started Asian Haus in Delhi NCR in 2012 and later studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok, with stints in Michelin-starred restaurants.
