James "Monty" Montero

James "Monty" Montero is the founder of Cachasol Farm Distillery and Cachasol Tequila in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. Cachasol states that he built brands and experiences across the beer and spirits industry for more than twenty years, including roles with Don Julio, Jose Cuervo, Guinness, and Dogfish Head. He is the founder behind a hospitality-focused agave destination near Sayulita that combines distilling, tastings, classes, food, and events.
