Jasmine Hirsch is the General Manager and Winemaker at Hirsch Vineyards on the Sonoma Coast in Fort Ross, California. She returned to the family business in 2008, became general manager in 2015, and took over as winemaker in 2019. She is the person who now makes the wines and guides the team.
