Jayton Paul is a Vancouver-based sommelier and wine director associated with Published on Main, where he was identified as the restaurant’s wine director and the MICHELIN Guide Vancouver 2022 Sommelier of the Year. He has also been described as a nationally recognized sommelier and a BC Wine Ambassador, with wins including Best Sommelier of British Columbia (CAPS) 2022 and Sommelier of the Year at the Vancouver International Wine Festival 2022.
