i. Biography
Jean-Emmanuel Danjoy is the technical director and winemaker behind the Bordeaux estates Château Mouton Rothschild, Château Clerc Milon, and Château d’Armailhac in Pauillac. He joined Château Clerc Milon in 2009 after spending 10 years in Napa Valley at Opus One as a crop manager and deputy winemaker, and he became managing director and winemaker at Château Mouton Rothschild in 2020.
