In 1998, Jean-François Ganevat became winemaker of Anne et Jean-François Ganevat, the role he holds today. The shift gathered formal training and cellar experience into a single responsibility: making the decisions that shape a wine vintage by vintage, with the raw material, the timing, and the final character all resting on the same set of hands.

Jean-François Ganevat’s work reads as the product of long technical formation rather than improvisation.
