Jean-Sébastien Monné

Jean-Sébastien Monné is the chef and co-proprietor of L'Auberge de Bagatelle in Le Mans, where he and Élodie Busschaert have run the restaurant since 2018 and where the house has held a Michelin star since February 2018. He is a local Sarthois chef who leads the restaurant’s modern cuisine in a former inn at 489 avenue Bollée, Le Mans.
