Jean-Yves Guého is the chef of L'Atlantide 1874 - Maison Guého in Nantes, France. He acquired and renovated the Manoir de l’Hermitage on the Butte Sainte-Anne and reopened the restaurant there in 2015 as L'Atlantide 1874 – Maison Guého.
