i. Biography
Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau is the winemaker and operator of Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils in Meursault, Burgundy, where he has run the family estate since 1999 after working there for ten years under his father Michel Bouzereau. He is continuing the domaine’s work in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet while introducing a more modern cellar setup in 2009 and organic-farming practices.
