Jean-François Deu

Jean-François Deu is a Banyuls-sur-Mer winemaker and the founder of Domaine du Traginer, which he established in 1975 after beginning work in the vines at a very young age as the son of a vigneron. His estate in Banyuls-sur-Mer is associated with organic farming since 1997 and biodynamic methods, with sources also noting mule-drawn cultivation and Demeter certification in the Cru Collioure-Banyuls zone. He is identified publicly as the producer of Domaine du Traginer wines and as the estate's vigneron-récoltant.
