Jean-Luc Dorthe

Jean-Luc Dorthe is the vigneron and winemaker behind Domaine de Couron in Saint-Marcel-d’Ardèche, in the southern Rhône/Ardèche wine region, where the estate has been described as a family-run property with long Dorthe family stewardship and sustainable farming. Public listings identify him directly as the contact vigneron at Domaine de Couron and as the winery’s winemaker, with the estate producing Côtes du Rhône and IGP Ardèche wines. A 2025 local report says Jean-Luc and Marie-Lise Dorthe have been installed at Domaine de Couron since 1985, exporting much of their production to the United States.
