Jean-Marc Burgaud is a winemaker based in Villié-Morgon in Beaujolais, where he founded Domaine Jean-Marc Burgaud in 1989. His domaine focuses on Morgon, Régnié, Beaujolais-Villages, and Beaujolais Blanc, and he is known for producing site-specific wines from parcels including Côte du Py, Les Charmes, Grands Cras, and Corcelette. Sources also is a discreet grower whose wines are widely recognized in the region, including a nickname of "Monsieur Côte du Py.".
