Jean-Yves Fahrer is the vigneron and oenologist behind Domaine Paul Fahrer in Orschwiller, Alsace, where the family estate is a 6 to 6.5-hectare property centered on traditional Alsace wines and Crémant d’Alsace. The estate materials state that he has managed the domaine since 2009 and that he previously built oenology experience in France, Chile, and California.
