i. Biography
Jeremy Ottawa is the Senior Winemaker at Château Tanunda in the Barossa Valley, where he joined in 2020 and now leads the winery’s premium and Barossa Valley wines. He began his winemaking career at Barossa Vintners, earned a Bachelor of Wine Science from Charles Sturt University, and has spent more than two decades refining a style focused on vibrancy, freshness, and restrained oak. He was its senior winemaker in 2025.
