Jericson Co is a co-founder of The Curator Coffee & Cocktails in Makati, Manila, a specialty coffee and craft cocktail bar that opened in 2013 and became one of the Philippines’ best-known bars. He has been publicly described as part of the founding team that helped place The Curator in the Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists, and he has also been associated with EDSA Beverage Design Group.
