David Ong

David Ong is a Manila-based bartender, barista, and entrepreneur best known as the co-founder and managing partner of The Curator Coffee & Cocktails in Legazpi Village, Makati, which he opened in December 2013. He is also associated with OTO and has been described as a co-founder of Pourhouse Hospitality, with consulting work for bars and restaurants in the Philippines. The Curator has been recognized repeatedly on Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists, including a return to the ranking and placement at No. 33 in 2024.
