The path runs through kitchen discipline, then out into management, systems, and brand-level execution. Jesse Harris trained at California Culinary Academy from 1999 to 2001, then moved into the pace and standards of service as Head Chef at Michael's Uptown Cafe from 2003 to 2005. From there, the work widened beyond the line: at Boudin Bakeries, Jesse served as Assistant General Manager from 2005 to 2008, then carried that operational range into Go Roma Italian Kitchen as General Manager from 2008 to 2013. Giordano's marked the next phase of that progression. Jesse Harris served as General Manager there in 2013–2014, returned again as General Manager in 2014–2015, then took on Manager of Culinary Systems, training and development and Media Representative from 2015–2021. Since 2021, Jesse has been Corporate Executive Chef of Giordano's, bringing the earlier mix of kitchen practice, oversight, and internal training into one role.

At Giordano's, Jesse Harris works at the point where kitchen standards meet corporate consistency. Since 2021, the role of Corporate Executive Chef has required the same kind of control that shows up in line work, but applied across systems, training, and public-facing identity. The position sits on top of the career's earlier stages: service, management, development, and the practical realities of keeping a signature item coherent at scale.
