Jesús Durón

Jesús Durón is a Mexican chef associated with Pujol in Mexico City, where he was executive chef in 2024 and as the restaurant's creative force in 2022. He has also been reported as the executive chef appointed at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in 2022 and later as the chef behind the London project Dué, reflecting a career spanning Mexico, France, and the U.K. His training and early career include culinary school in Mexico City and kitchen experience in France at La Marine in Noirmoutier with chef Alexandre Couillon, as well as work at Elmer Restaurant in Paris and other European kitchens.
