Joash Conceicao is the head bartender at Offtrack, the music-centric bar and restaurant at 34 North Canal Road in Singapore. A 2023 profile said he spent nearly five years at Jigger & Pony as an apprentice and bartender before joining Offtrack, where he has helped build the venue’s reputation in Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
