i. Biography
Joe Briglio is a Chicago bar veteran and beverage director who co-founded Nine Bar in Chinatown with Lily Wang, opening the concept in 2022 after first developing it as a pop-up at Moon Palace. He is also the owner and operator of Cara Cara Club in Logan Square and, with Wang, helped launch Moon Palace Express in Chicago. He has 20 years of industry experience, with prior work at Blind Barber in Chicago.
